Every morning we begin our day with mindfulness.  This is teaching us to understand and describe our emotions.  We use the zones of regulation as a common language to describe how we are feeling.

Red- angry, mad
Yellow - silly, worried, excited
Green - calm, focused, happy
Blue- sleepy, tired, bored

We have been reading books and watching videos to learn and practice different strategies on how we can calm down and get to the green zone.
