1. Wednesday is the Terry Fox Run. We are collecting Toonies for Terry all week. Parents are welcome to join us in the field from 1:45 - 2:00.
2. Thursday is picture day!
Spelling
Here are the 5 spelling words we are focusing on in the classroom this week. On Monday we will see how many we can spell correctly.
Students are encouraged to practice studying these words at home. If your child can spell these words, you can challenge them by asking them to write sentences including the words. Please see the writing checklist we are using to write great sentences in September.

Thank you Casey for bringing in some more pictures of Saskatchewan. We loved learning more about the prairies. This afternoon we worked hard at drawing a 3-D picture of a grain elevator. We watched a short clip of a video as an introduction to grain elevators and Saskatchewan.
