Today during writing, we worked with a partner on descriptive writing. 

Partner 1: read their writing from yesterday to partner 2

Partner 2: draw a picture of what partner 1 wrote

SWITCH

We discussed that if partner 2 was able to draw a good picture then partner 1 did a GREAT job of descriptive writing.
